Now I want to talk about Kombucha. Which is obviously utterly unrelated to those Banana Oatmeal Cookies, however I know you won't mind.

He claims it's magical. I claim it is nasty.

While I understand this is going to seem spectacular (because it is)I actually dry heave at the sight and smell of the early ritual on a daily basis. He loves that about me personally.

Depending upon this reaction, an individual would think that I would stay far away from Kombucha, correct? I suggest, after all, it definitely has a vinegary tang.

But for some reason, I continue trying it. I Wish to like it SO DANG BAD.

They have the ideal amount of banana taste and a beautiful chewy feel because of its oats. The chocolate chips are merely an additional bonus.

I like these cookies somewhat about the back side side, so I bake them for 9 or 10 seconds. If you prefer them to be cooked through, I'd take for 10-11 minutes.

1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature

1 large egg

1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla find out extract

1 cup pops flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

Use a medium cookie scoop (about 1.5 tablespoons) to scoop the dough onto prepared cookie sheets leaving about 2 inches between each cookie.

Bake in preheated oven for about 9-11 minutes.

Remove cookies from the oven and then lightly press on the shirts of each cookie with the base of a drinking glass. Since these cookies do not spread considerably, this can help give them a traditional cookie form.

Permit the banana oatmeal cookies to cool on the cookie sheets for 5 minutes before removing them to a wire rack to cool thoroughly.
